Allen County Community Corrections seeks a Programs Facilitator to administer a library of cognitive behavioral programs and ensure delivery in person or via E-Learning platforms. The role collaborates with staff to plan, implement, and monitor CBT curricula and supports participants through orientations, goal setting, and progress reporting.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience with classroom facilitation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, education, or related field.
• One year of classroom facilitation or teaching preferred.
• Knowledge of adult education theories.
• Ability to work remotely under limited supervision and in hybrid environments.
• Must be able to obtain IRAS, MINT, and CBT facilitation certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates evidence-based CBT classes in-person or virtually.
• Prepares lesson plans, materials, and instructional hardware.
• Maintains classroom or E-learning environment and reports issues.
• Conducts orientations and explains program rules and costs.
• Monitors progress and prepares status reports for referrals.
• Coordinates with staff and referral sources as needed.
• Respects schedule, including second shift hours and occasional weekends.
