Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in civil litigation or landlord-tenant practice.
• Active Paralegal Certificate or a Bachelor’s degree as listed.
• Strong billing knowledge: flat-fee, hourly rates, disbursements.
• Deep knowledge of local housing court rules and eviction mechanics.
• Must be on-site Monday–Friday for hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee eviction case lifecycle from intake to court filing and execution.
• Manage monthly eviction billing, pre-bills, and cost tracking.
• Track vendor expenses and ensure client re-billing accuracy.
• Lead and train on-site legal assistants and balance workload.
• Audit case files for names, amounts, addresses, timelines.
• Maintain eviction calendar; monitor deadlines for notices and hearings.
• Coordinate with process servers, clerks, and law enforcement.
• Provide client status updates and resolve compliance issues.
• Track daily volumes, turnaround times, and bottlenecks.
