Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to support restaurant operations on every shift. You will lead the team to ensure guest satisfaction and strong performance while reporting to the Assistant or General Manager.

This role requires a proactive, service-oriented individual with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, ready to supervise staff and uphold Checkers & Rally’s standards in a fast-paced environment.
