Job summary

Sunflower Communities in Elmore is hiring compassionate caregivers for every other weekend in assisted living and memory care. This part-time role offers evenings and overnights with a focus on resident-centered care and a safe, home-like environment.

You’ll support residents with ADLs, build strong relationships with residents and families, and work in a tight-knit, team-oriented culture that values respect and quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA or caregiver preferred.
• Passion for working in senior living or long-term care.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
• Ability to commit to a consistent every-other-weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Assist with ADLs including mobility, transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Support resident safety while promoting independence and dignity.

Schedule: Part-Time, Every Other Weekend, Evening and Overnight Shifts Available

Pay Range: $19 to $25 per hour

Shift Differentials: +$1.00/hour evenings, +$1.75/hour overnights
