Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, helping children achieve their goals with evidence-based methods.

We offer same-day pay, paid training, part-time schedules, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive clinical team. No minimum caseload and referral bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
