Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a venue maintenance associate to keep the amphitheater safe, clean and presentable through repairs, preventative maintenance and cleaning tasks.

You will perform plumbing, carpentry and general cleaning, restrooms, sidewalks and plazas, stock supplies and use hand and power tools. The role requires lifting 50 lbs+, standing/walking, and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting.
• Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of plumbing, maintenance, carpentry and cleaning functions.
• Cleaning of restrooms, pavilion, trash removal, upkeep of sidewalks and plazas and general cleaning tasks.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Keep the venue safe and clean, disinfect fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls; restock restroom supplies as needed.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust as needed; report any unusual situations.

The Role

To keep the amphitheater in a safe, clean and presentable condition at all times, through venue repairs, preventative maintenance and general cleaning/stocking.

Job Functions

Perform a variety of plumbing, maintenance, carpentry and cleaning functions. Cleaning functions include but are not limited to: restrooms, pavilion, trash removal, upkeep of sidewalks and plazas and general cleaning tasks. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

Keep the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.

Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
