Job summary

JW Affinity IT in Dallas, TX is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, clean, analyze, and present district data to support operational decisions.

You will develop reports and dashboards, validate data quality, identify trends, and respond to ad hoc requests while explaining insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences. This is a full‑time position within a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of data analysis experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and a visualization platform such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, reporting, and basic statistical analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and data storytelling skills. Education-sector data experience preferred.
