Transforming Age’s Evergreen Court in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the PM shift (Sun-Wed, 2pm-10pm). Starting pay is $25 per hour. The role involves ADL support, charting, dining assistance, and activity participation in a compassionate assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized training.
• Must have a current CNA/HCA license in good standing.
• Must have current CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain.
• Must have current Washington State Food Handler's card or be willing to obtain.
• Must be able to read/write/speak sufficiently in English to perform responsibilities.
• Pre-employment DSHS background check and post-employment fingerprint and TB 2-Step as required by state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow residents' individually designed ADL directives.
• Make accurate chart notes daily on residents’ conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist in serving meals and participating in activities.
• Record vital signs and assist with transfers/ambulation.
• Ensure safety and maintain clean, comfortable environment.
