Job summary

B’zoe Care, a locally owned homecare provider in Everett, WA, seeks licensed CNAs/HCA to support clients in their homes. The caregiving role focuses on safety, comfort, and independence, with mobility, personal care, health monitoring, meals, and companionship a core part of daily duties.

Transportation to appointments may be required. A flexible, part-time schedule is offered across multiple clients in the Everett area.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of caregiving experience.
• Must have CNA or HCA certification and CPR/First Aid credentials.
• COVID-19 vaccination proof and TB test result required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, including use of mobility devices and stand-by assistance to prevent falls.
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting support.
• Monitor health, provide medication reminders and nurse delegation training as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and ensure hydration according to dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany client to medical appointments and assist with outings as required.
• Maintain safety, ensure adaptive equipment is used, and support client independence.
