Travel up to 80% across the United States, certify professionals, lead on-site deployments, and ensure a professional guest and operator experience while upholding Evolv standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain professional certifications across Evolv Express and Expedite systems.
• Strong communication and training skills for venue staff and operators.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute full system installations and teardowns for temporary rental events, including small- and multi-system deployments.
• Collaborate with venue operators to develop CONOPS and deployment plans.
• Deliver operator training and ensure smooth go-lives from load-in to doors-open.
• Provide on-site support, troubleshoot issues under time pressure, and demonstrate system value.
