Hammer Head Security is seeking an experienced Events Scheduling Manager to oversee workforce scheduling, training verification, licensing compliance, and deployment readiness across multiple security accounts and events in California. This hands-on leadership role ensures the right personnel are trained, licensed, and deployed efficiently for every shift.

You will lead scheduling across client accounts, verify BSIS licensing, track attendance, and coordinate with HR and Operations to maintain

• Solid knowledge of California BSIS licensing requirements and procedures.
• Experience scheduling multiple employees across locations or shifts.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and decisive thinking under pressure.
• Comfort with data, scheduling, and operational reporting systems.

About the Role

Hammer Head Security is seeking an experienced, decisive, and results-driven Events Scheduling Manager to oversee workforce scheduling, training verification, licensing compliance, and deployment readiness across multiple security accounts and event locations.This is a hands-on operational leadership role—not simply an administrative scheduling position. You will serve as the central point of control, ensuring the right personnel are assigned to the right locations, properly trained, appropriately licensed, and fully prepared to perform their duties for every shift and event.The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and the authority to make timely decisions in a fast-paced security environment. You must be comfortable interacting professionally with security officers, event guests, clients, and management while maintaining high standards of accountability, professionalism, and operational readiness.

We are looking for a leader who takes ownership, anticipates staffing challenges, resolves issues quickly, and ensures every deployment meets Hammer Head Security’s standards for service, safety, and reliability

What You'll Do

• Build, publish, and manage weekly Security officer's schedules across client accounts, maintaining full site coverage
• Coordinate coverage for call-offs, no-shows, and last-minute vacancies, plus holiday/event staffing
• Verify training completion, post-order acknowledgment, and BSIS Guard Card/certification status before any deployment
• Track attendance, overtime, and recurring staffing issues; keep pay rates and billing accurate
• Support SOC coordination, new-site startups, site inspections, and HR/corrective-action documentation

What We're Looking For

• Prior management or supervisory experience in the security industry
• Working knowledge of California BSIS licensing requirements
• Experience scheduling multiple employees, locations, or shifts
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to make fast, sound decisions
• Comfortable working with data, schedules, and operational reporting systems (GPS/patrol tracking, QR scan compliance a plus)
