Qualifications

• Basic reading and comprehension skills; ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to count money, make change, and operate a cash register.
• Must maintain neat, clean uniform and professional appearance.
• Availability for special shift requirements including weekends or third shift if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers courteously and answer questions.
• Handle parking payments and manage traffic flow at entrances/exits.
• Arrive on time and wear a neat uniform.
• Provide directions and knowledge of local locations.
• Report incidents, hazards, or policy violations to management.
• Count starting cash and ensure accountability at shift start.
• Issue receipts and tickets for transactions.
• Complete cashier shift reports and reconcile transactions.
