Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an Events Management Assistant to support Penn State Athletics in various operations. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup and teardown in Rec Hall, game management, and daily facility operations.

The ideal candidate must be prepared to work nights and weekends and has to pass all necessary background checks and motor vehicle record checks to ensure compliance with University policies.

This role does not guarantee remote or hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Completion of standard background checks as per University policies.
• Valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and teardown of events in Rec Hall.
• Assist with game management.
• Assist with day-to-day operations within the facility.
• Other duties assigned by the facilities coordinator.
