Responsibilities

• Sell and book event space, managing inquiries through contract close.

Located in the Russian River Valley, Balletto farms estate vineyards distinguished by rolling terrain, coastal fog, and a cool climate ideal for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Balletto Vineyards is seeking an experienced Events Manager to drive event sales and lead the planning and execution of exceptional wine country experiences across its properties.

This highly visible role manages the full event lifecycle, including business development, property showings, proposals, contract negotiations, event planning, vendor coordination, staffing, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. The Events Manager will be responsible for increasing bookings and revenue while strengthening Balletto Vineyards’ reputation as a premier event destination.
