Events play a crucial role in how guests experience JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, and we are currently seeking Part‑Time Events Lead team members as we prepare for our busy season. The Part‑Time Events Support assists in executing on‑site winery events, ensuring that each guest has a seamless and memorable experience. You will work closely with the Events Manager and collaborate with the hospitality, culinary, and tasting room teams to provide exceptional experiences that reflect the JUSTIN brand. This role is perfect for someone who is detail‑oriented, passionate about hospitality, and has an enthusiasm for wine, food, and events. Your responsibilities will include assisting with event setup, service, coordination, and breakdown while maintaining the high standards associated with the JUSTIN brand.
This is a part‑time position (up to 19 hours per week) that will be scheduled as needed to cover events and busy weekends. Work days, hours, and duties will vary based on business needs and the event location.
Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.50 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
