As our Field Marketing & Events Intern, you’ll support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events including our national customer conference, OpenGov Conference (OGC). This role is a great fit for someone who is eager to learn, creative, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.
Support the planning and execution of events, including tradeshows and OGC.
Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and assist with on‑site event operations.
Help run field marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness and pipeline growth.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to keep messaging aligned.
Assist in creating materials for events and campaigns.
Track event performance data and help identify opportunities to improve.
Bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the team.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
AI curious.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
An interest in events, marketing, and creating good experiences for customers.
Hands‑on experience across events and field marketing.
Mentorship and day‑to‑day guidance from experienced marketers.
Exposure to how marketing operates at a growing tech company.

Compensation:
Chicago, IL: $21 - $21 per hour
On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.
The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
