Event Operations & Activation

Lead all on‑site activation activities, ensuring flawless execution of The Porch touring footprint. Direct local labor teams during load‑in, setup, operation, and teardown of the Gorilla Cube XL activation environment. Ensure all activation assets are assembled correctly, safely, and according to brand standards. Serve as the first point of arrival and final point of departure for each activation. Maintain activation readiness and prevent operational disruptions that could impact scheduled event execution.

Field Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and coach Brand Ambassadors and event hosts throughout each activation. Conduct pre‑event briefings and communicate program objectives, engagement expectations, and compliance requirements. Monitor performance throughout the event and provide real‑time coaching to maintain a high‑quality consumer experience. Foster a professional, energetic, and brand‑aligned event atmosphere.

Venue & Retail Partner Management

Serve as the primary on‑site liaison between the program, venue personnel, and retail partners. Build and maintain positive relationships with venue management and retailer contacts. Address operational concerns and resolve issues proactively before escalation is required. Represent the client and program professionally at all times.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure strict adherence to all age‑verification, identification, and regulatory requirements. Manage dual‑device age‑gating processes in applicable regulated markets. Enforce all market‑specific activation requirements and restrictions. Oversee coupon distribution, prepaid card controls, reconciliation processes, and compliance documentation. Protect the integrity of the program by ensuring all activities remain compliant with local, state, and client regulations.

Program Administration & Reporting

Complete all required reporting accurately and within established deadlines. Capture required event photography and documentation for each activation. Manage inventory, event materials, and activation assets throughout the season. Coordinate logistics and asset movement between activation markets in partnership with program management. Communicate field updates, challenges, and opportunities to home office leadership. Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of local execution.
