Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Field Marketer to join our events team as a brand ambassador. The role involves showcasing Champion products at events, canvassing, and scheduling appointments for the sales team while representing the brand with enthusiasm.

You will work at home shows, festivals, and event locations, maintaining a professional appearance and strong product knowledge. Competitive pay includes hourly base plus commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Self-motivated with aggressive prospect engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends and travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

Champion Window - Field Marketer (Events)

Are you an enthusiastic and outgoing individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the field of marketing? Join our team as a Field Marketer and become a vital part of our team by showcasing Champion Product lines acting as a brand ambassador to potential clients. As a Field Marketer, you will schedule appointments while canvassing, at home shows, festivals or event locations as assigned. You may also demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects while at events. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and is comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Hourly Base Pay: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission

Responsibilities

• Approach/engage potential prospects while events, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace
• Be up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions
• Consistent reliability and availability
• Display professional time managementSchedule in-home estimate appointments for sales team
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology

Qualifications

In addition to a base pay, this position offers a commission-based compensation structure. High performing individuals have a potential to earn between $16-$19 an hour, coupled with a weekly commission ranging between $750 - $1500/week and above. Pay is determined by various factors, but not limited to, experience, market location, education, and certifications to name a few.
