Universal Windows Direct is seeking a Field Marketer (Events) in Durham, NC for part-time hours. Earn $17-20/hour plus bonus and opportunity for advancement. Must have a valid driver's license.

Role involves engaging prospects at home shows, festivals, and events, maintaining a professional appearance, and coordinating in-home appointments for the sales team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team-oriented, able to work weekends, and comfortable walking/standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Self-motivated with competitive spirit.
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours.
• Ability to walk for 4-8 hours.
• Willing to travel 10%
