Evolv in Chicago is seeking an Events Assistant to support the delivery of our in-person client campaigns. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in active, interactive settings, this role offers hands-on experience across events, customer engagement and campaign representation.

You’ll gain exposure to field marketing, learn to communicate key information, and develop professional interactions with customers while helping campaigns run smoothly at busy venues.

Qualifications

• No degree required; strong communication skills encouraged.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in teams.
• Comfortable in busy, public-facing environments.
• Full-time availability for in-person role in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Support client campaigns at retail and event locations across Chicago
• Welcome and engage members of the public
• Represent campaigns and communicate key information
• Create positive, professional interactions with customers
• Answer questions and help generate interest
• Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of campaign locations
• Work alongside the team to achieve event and campaign goals
• Maintain a professional and engaging presence throughout each event
