Job summary

Platinum Coastal Group in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level, on-site promotions assistant to support entertainment-focused activations, events, audience engagement, and logistics. You will work with a collaborative team, engage guests and partners face-to-face, coordinate materials and schedules, assist with setup and breakdown, and help capture feedback and campaign results to measure success.

No prior experience is required—training will be provided and you will develop strong communication

Position overview:

This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports entertainment-focused promotions, events, audience engagement, and marketing logistics. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

What Makes This Different

This is an active, on-site role rather than a remote or behind-the-scenes position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.
