Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking Event Workers for a two-day assignment in the Indianapolis area. The schedule runs June 24th and 25th, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with pay at $11.00 per hour.

Duties include unloading trucks, setting up tents and event equipment, running games and activities, serving snacks, and engaging attendees with a friendly demeanor. All safety rules must be followed, and a company shirt is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a picture ID to present at the job site.
• Must be physically fit enough to lift 50 lbs.
• Must wear clean and appropriate khaki shorts or long jeans/khaki.
• A company shirt will be given to each temporary associate.
• We recommend workers bring work gloves, sun block and bug repellant.
• Must wear closed toed shoes.
• Must be friendly and committed to assisting attendees.

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting Event Workers

Schedule: June 24th & June 25th, 9:00AM-1:00PM

Pay: $11.00 per hr. If the event is called off for weather the associate will be paid 4 hours minimum

Duties

• Unloading trucks and setting up small tents and event equipment.
• Saturday-The day of the event: The workers would run games, inflatables, sports activities or be involved in making and serving snack and food items.
• Interacting with client’s attendees and are helping them all have a fun-filled day.
• A friendly demeanor and ability to engage event guests is critical.
• Smoking, drinking of alcoholic beverages and possession and/or use of any illegal substance is strictly prohibited during the group’s tenure on the event site. For safety reasons, workers may not bring anyone not contracted to staff the event to the site.
