Job summary

RS3 Strategic Hospitality powered by Proof of the Pudding is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Comerica Center in Frisco, TX. The role will oversee warehouse staff, ensure cleanliness, and manage equipment pulls for events at a fast-paced venue.

The position requires 2+ years of warehouse lead experience, a valid driver’s license with DOT certification, and hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and related machinery. Strong teamwork and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse lead experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, DOT certification, and ability to drive box trucks.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse staff, including loading dock workers and temporary staff.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of warehouse and offices.
• Create equipment pull forms and pull equipment for events.
• Ensure monthly inventory is counted and submitted.
• Process receiving, storage, and transfers of goods.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist with inventory control and packaging for delivery.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event setup/breakdown and security of assets.
