Legends Global at Fair Park seeks a part-time Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, organizing, and delivering food, beverage, equipment, and supplies during events. You will work across concessions, portables, commissaries, catering areas, and other event spaces, ensuring proper inventory flow and readiness.

The role requires flexibility to rotate assignments, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, stock, food and beverage, concessions, or event operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.
• Ability to promote and participate in a team-oriented work environment.
• Ability to understand written and verbal directions and communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and team members.
• Ability to work extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and event days.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and move for extended periods of time.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and prepared to report to work as scheduled.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
• Deliver stock to concessions, portables, and catering areas.
• Restock stands and service areas with supplies.
• Inspect locations for shortages or cleanliness issues and report to leadership.
• Move equipment and supplies before, during, and after events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas.
• Follow proper rotating, labeling, and food safety procedures.
• Support event setup, replenishment, and post-event recovery.
• Operate warehouse equipment only when trained and authorized.
• Follow safety directives and wear required PPE.
