Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment’s Warner Theatre DC seeks a part-time Venue Maintenance Technician to keep the venue event-ready. You’ll perform seating repairs, restroom maintenance, and general facility work, from carpentry to basic electrical tasks, with a focus on guest safety and readiness for shows.

The role requires a few years in facility maintenance, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation reflects local market rates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facility, building, or venue maintenance
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly under pressure
• Comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays as repair schedules require
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and pride in delivering a great guest experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on ladders or in tight spaces when needed

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and replace venue seating and related components.
• Maintain and repair restroom fixtures: toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets.
• Perform carpentry, painting, and drywall patching.
• Handle basic electrical repairs: fixtures, switches, outlets.
• Maintain inventory of repair parts and tools; track usage and reorder.
• Keep records of repairs and recurring issues; perform preventive maintenance.
