JOB SUMMARY: The Event Support Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for event support services at the College, overseeing the successful execution of campus events from initial planning through post-event follow-up. This role manages a high volume of event activity—over 2,000 events annually—reserving campus spaces, coordinating support services, and serving as the key liaison between event organizers and campus service providers. The coordinator also supervises student event support staff and helps maintain consistent, professional event operations across campus. Requires nights and weekend work. This position reports to the Senior Director of Event & Conference Services.
Employment Status: Full-time (1.0 FTE), Exempt, and Benefits-Eligible
Salary Range: $45,000-$52,000 annually
