Job summary

Arena Americas is seeking an Event Structures Installer for the Austin area. This full-time, hands-on role involves building and dismantling tents, staging, and flooring for live events nationwide from Austin, TX.

You will collaborate with project teams, use hand tools, read layouts, and travel up to 25% while delivering safe, quality setups. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, are physically capable, and ready for flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 25% of the year.
• Availability to work long and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install and dismantle frame tents, temporary structures, staging, and flooring for live events nationwide
• Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and fellow Installers to complete builds safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Use hand tools, hand-powered drills, and basic equipment to complete installations
• Read measurements, layouts, and instructions to ensure precise builds
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as part of event setup and teardown
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times
• Represent Arena professionally while working at client sites and event venues
