Job summary

andyfrain is hiring event staff to welcome fans, assist with operations, and maintain safe, positive experiences at live events.

You will greet fans, help screen for prohibited items, assist with ticketing, ushering, and guest services, and stay aware of surroundings and emergency procedures.

Ideal candidates are people-oriented, professional, adaptable, and reliable, with strong communication and teamwork in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs., climb stairs, and walk as needed.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and provide proactive customer service
• Assist with screening for prohibited items
• Support event operations such as ticket taking, ushering, and guest services
• Stay aware of surroundings and emergency procedures
