Peak Point in Nashville, TN seeks a full-time, in-person position focused on community outreach and nonprofit campaigns. You will staff scheduled events, engage with the public, share information about programs, and help create a positive experience for attendees.
Paid training is provided, with ongoing coaching. This is a front-line, people-facing role requiring energy, reliability, and strong communication skills to represent nonprofit campaigns at various community locations.

Join a community-focused team that supports nonprofit organizations through in-person events, retail activations, and public outreach campaigns.
This is an active, people-facing position. You’ll work at scheduled event locations and community venues, speak directly with members of the public, provide information about nonprofit programs and campaigns, and help create a positive experience for everyone you interact with.
No previous event or nonprofit experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching.
Assist with setting up and preparing event areas before activities begin
Represent nonprofit campaigns at community events and approved public locations
Greet and interact with event attendees and members of the public
Explain nonprofit programs, campaigns, and opportunities to get involved
Answer basic questions and provide accurate information
Help encourage community participation and support for nonprofit initiatives
Complete simple event-related paperwork or daily activity reports
Work alongside a team to meet daily event goals
Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive presence throughout each event
Help with event breakdown and cleanup when needed
This is not a desk job and not a remote position. You will spend most of your day on your feet, talking with people and working at scheduled events or public outreach locations.
Because the role involves representing nonprofit organizations directly, strong communication skills and a comfortable, outgoing personality are important. Some events may take place at retail locations, community centers, festivals, local events, or other approved venues.
Schedules can vary based on the event calendar, so flexibility is helpful.
