Job summary

Ameritech Windows in Colorado is looking for Direct Marketing Representatives to engage potential customers at events, shows, and local markets. You will promote home remodeling products with a fun, energetic approach and build rapport with attendees.

No experience? We train you. Expect uncapped earnings, a base pay of $18 per hour plus bonuses, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing, locally owned company.

Qualifications

• Self-starter, money motivated.
• Outside sales experience (we will teach you!).
• Ability to promote Brand Integrity and talk to new people easily.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Direct Marketing Reps speak to potential customers about our home remodeling products and services. We do home shows, local markets, festivals and MORE! It is important to have fun and look your best.

You must be approachable, upbeat, and attentive to the needs of the customers as you will socially engage with each individual customer. Compensation

• $18 Base hourly pay to start PLUS 3 different types of bonuses
• Our team on average earns $30-45/hr with bonus
• Uncapped potential earnings
• Quick hourly advancement
• Top performers easily earn $35+/hr with bonus
