Job summary

Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking an Event Specialist to support promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in event coordination, logistics, marketing support, and brand representation.

You will assist with planning, setup, and execution of events, while representing client brands professionally and maintaining organized event records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, volunteer, or event experience is helpful but not required.
