DayBrook Kitchen & Bath – Baltimore Market is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent the brand at home shows, trade shows, and community events in the Baltimore area. You will engage attendees, share information on remodeling solutions, and help generate qualified leads for the sales team.

The role offers hourly pay plus bonuses in a fast-paced event setting with flexible weekend scheduling and growth opportunities within a growing home improvement company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing or events is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging attendees.
• Reliable transportation to attend scheduled events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Represent DayBrook Kitchen & Bath at home shows, community events, and promotional events.
• Welcome attendees and create a positive first impression.
• Engage with visitors and encourage them to stop by the booth.
• Provide basic information about bath remodeling products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits and available solutions.
• Capture customer information and schedule in-home consultations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth presentation.
• Submit collected leads and appointment information to the Event Coordinator.
