Job description

The Building Support Specialist is responsible for all campus needs. You will provide elite client service and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.

Shifts available: 7am-4pm, 11am-8pm, 1pm-10pm.

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitoring various company supply levels by departmental needs.
• Responsible for corporate event set ups and resets.
• Furniture deliveries as needed.
• Assist with interoffice/regular mail services.
• Assist with recycling bins throughout the company when needed.
• Remove trash throughout the company when overflow.
• Deliver paper and/or supplies to departments when needed.
• Change, clean, and maintain fountain pop machines and flavored coffee machines.
• Data entry and other administrative duties as needed.
