Job summary

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor – Set-up to oversee interior space set-ups across the GWCCA campus, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution of event configurations.

Under the Facility Operations Manager – Set-up, you will supervise daily setup activities, train staff, manage schedules, and coordinate with vendors to deliver exceptional guest experiences at world-class venues in Atlanta.

• Provide supervision of the interior set-up across GWCCA facilities to meet event specifications and client diagrams.
• Assist with selecting Set-up staff and plan weekly shift schedules based on business needs.
• Train department staff on staging installation, table/chair configurations, safety procedures, and time management.
