Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation invites you to join our Food and Beverage team as a Banquet Porter at Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa in Poipu, Hawaii. You will contribute to flawless events and guest experiences while upholding Hyatt's service standards.

This role requires physical fitness to lift and move tables, chairs, and water, plus good communication and teamwork. We offer a probationary rate of $25.06–$29.48 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, pull and push moderate to heavy weight.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to follow direction with a positive, professional attitude.
• Must have full availability to meet scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and breaking down all meeting spaces with tables/chairs/water, etc.
• Support setup and breakdown for events and meetings.
• Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Banquet Porters are responsible for setting up and breaking down all meeting spaces with tables/chairs/water, etc. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift moderate to heavy amounts of weight.

Probationary Period Rate $25.06 / Hourly Rate - $29.48
