Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a friendly part-time server to join Constellation dining & events programs across the United States. You will greet guests, explain menu offerings, take and deliver orders, and assist with setup and breakdown at events.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork with bartenders and kitchen staff, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining a polished presentation.

What you'll be doing:

• Guest Engagement: Provide a warm, welcoming experience by greeting guests, explaining menu offerings, and responding to special requests.

• Setup & Breakdown: Prepare event spaces, including setting tables, arranging décor, and ensuring proper seating layouts. Assist in post-event breakdown and cleanup.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow all food handling, health, and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service execution.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns in a professional manner and proactively anticipate their needs.
