Job summary

Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Banquets team member to assist with coordination and service of food and beverages, delivering memorable experiences to guests. You will work in a high-volume, 24-hour operation with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Join our team of passionate hospitality professionals at the Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center. Our 286 room convention hotel boasts more than 57,000 square feet of meeting space and is capable of hosting everything from large conventions to the most intimate and luxurious of events. Located, one block from Xtream Arena and GreenState Family Fieldhouse, near Iowa City with a picturesque view of the Iowa River Landing.

As part of our Banquets Team, you will assist department with the coordination and service delivery of food and beverages to provide memorable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent guest/associate rapport by responding and completing all requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
• Maintain standards of quality, service, and cleanliness of banquet rooms, public areas, and storage areas.
• Service of food and beverages
• Dependable and reliable to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation with flexibility to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
