The position emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and collaboration with security personnel. Ideal candidates will be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent (college preferred), and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary by local regulations).
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in event security, law enforcement, or related field is advantageous.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be physically able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including arrangement of equipment, signage, and other materials.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure attendee safety.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service by assisting attendees with inquiries, directions, and event information.
• Collaborate with event staff and security personnel to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Assist in crowd management, including controlling entry and exit points and ensuring proper attendee flow.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies following established protocols.
• Monitor event areas to enforce rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Handle and resolve attendee complaints or conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines to deliver a high standard of service and security.
