Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Security Response Officer for our Events Team. You will provide top-tier customer service while monitoring venues, patrolling areas, and controlling access during events.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32h BSIS trainings preferred.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Drivers license preferred for some roles.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to ensure security and safety.
• Conduct area patrols and manage traffic flow at events.
• Verify IDs, tickets, and access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Assist guests with directions or questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats and document events.
