Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking an Event Security Officer to cover on-call shifts for various client events. The role requires flexibility, the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and a focus on customer service.

You will manage parking, crowd control, stage door access, and coordinate with clients to maintain safety. Prior customer service experience is required, and we offer weekly pay, health benefits, and growth opportunities within the company.

Event Security Officer

Wage: $19.00/ hour

Position Details:

• Officer will be on call to cover open shifts.
• Will not have a set schedule, and the number of hours worked will vary based on need (8-30/week).
• Will cover 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Must have 7-day availability.
• Will handle event security, including parking, line control, and stage door responsibilities.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 2 hours.
• Prior customer service experience is required.

Security Officer/Guard

• Must have excellent Customer Service skills
• Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard

Job Requirements of the Security Officer/Security Guard include but are not limited to:

• Security Officers/Security Guards observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
