Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional presence per client and BEST standards.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter incidents and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, conduct bag checks, and perform entry screenings.
• Respond to security incidents or emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting attendees and giving directions.
• Report security-related occurrences to supervisors and authorities.
• Create documentation of activities and observations for leadership.
