We are seeking unarmed guards comfortable in customer-facing environments with a strong security presence. Responsibilities include deterring theft, monitoring activity, providing customer service, and documenting incidents. Weekend availability is required with flex shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid BSIS Guard Card is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft and protect customers and assets.
• Monitor activity and identify suspicious behavior.
• Provide customer service while enforcing store policies.
• Respond to incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports.
• Work closely with store management and IPS leads.
