Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail or sales preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts at retail partner locations, home shows, community events, and other local marketing events.
• Showcase Jacuzzi Bath Remodel brand and create memorable customer experiences.
• Engage homeowners through friendly, informative conversations.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home design consultations.
• Build brand awareness by educating homeowners about products and services.
• Support follow-up calls and additional marketing initiatives to nurture interest.
• Occasionally assist with new market launches and training new team members.
