Prime NuFace Home Improvements is a fast-growing leader in the home remodeling industry. We are seeking energetic and outgoing Event Promoters to represent our company at home shows, fairs, expos, retail events, and community events throughout Berlin, CT and the surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, generating excitement, and helping homeowners learn about our products and services. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Outgoing, energetic personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Previous sales/event marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attract visitors and represent the company at shows and events.
• Promote products and provide basic product information to attendees.
• Schedule FREE in-home consultations for interested homeowners.
• Engage with passersby and create interest in our services.
• Maintain a professional appearance at each event and keep the booth organized.
• Explain product features and benefits and collect lead information.
• Submit all leads and appointment information to the Event Coordinator.

We are seeking energetic and outgoing Event Promoters to represent our company at home shows, fairs, expos, retail events, and community events throughout Berlin, CT and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, generating excitement, and helping homeowners learn about our products and services.

Essential Duties

• Attract visitors and represent the company at shows and events
• Promote our products and provide basic product information to attendees
• Schedule FREE in-home consultations for interested homeowners
• Engage with passersby and create interest in our services
• Maintain a professional appearance throughout each event
• Keep the booth organized, clean, and inviting
• Explain product features and benefits
• Collect lead information and appointment requests
• Submit all leads and appointment information to the Event Coordinator

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to travel to scheduled events
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Available to work weekends
• Previous sales, retail, event marketing, or customer service experience is a plus
