Job summary

Cameron Mitchell Premier Events is seeking an enthusiastic Event Producer to lead client relationships and oversee end-to-end event execution in central Ohio. You will develop proposals, coordinate menus, contracts, staffing, and logistics while maintaining superior hospitality and service standards.

Under the direction of senior event sales managers, you’ll drive new business and nurture existing accounts, requiring evening/weekend availability and a collaborative, team-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of catering, sales or venue experience.
• Strong knowledge of event operations from proposal to execution.
• Excellent client communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the client and Cameron Mitchell Premier Events.
• Ensure proper event execution, service and safety standards.
• Develop proposals in line with client vision and company standards.
• Meet with clients to select rentals and finalize details.
• Enter and modify events in Caterease.
• Attend walkthroughs and client meetings.
• Communicate professionally with clients by email or phone.
• Manage time within the event schedule.
• Support client billing processes.
