Legends Global is seeking an Event Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of event spaces before, during, and after events. This role focuses on waste management, including monitoring trash and recycling stations, replacing full liners, and transporting waste to disposal areas.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in event operations, custodial services, facilities, janitorial services, or related work preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as required by event schedules.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trash and recycling receptacles during events.
• Remove, transport, and dispose of full trash and recycling bags.
• Replace liners and keep receptacles clean and presentable.
• Move, position, and service trash cans and waste stations as needed.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving equipment and chairs.
• Patrol event spaces to address cleanliness concerns.
• Respond to spills, overflow situations, and guest cleanliness issues.
• Maintain back-of-house waste collection areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all venue safety policies when lifting and disposing of waste.
