Hyatt Regency Atlanta is seeking an Event Planning Manager to service hotel services for group business clients. Primary responsibilities include Banquet Food & Beverage, AV, and Meeting Room Rental. The role acts as the liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff and on-site contact for the smooth execution of all events.

Qualifications
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel event sales/event planning or comparable experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge
  • Detail oriented, organized, able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Two years hotel experience or completion of Event Management trainee program (preferred)
  • Candidate has completed PSS or equivalent training (preferred)
