Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring Event Lot Attendants to join our team at Freedom Park Miami Stadium. As the face of the fan experience, you’ll greet guests, manage crowds, and help ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming arrival on game days.

If you enjoy a fast-paced stadium atmosphere and can wear a full uniform with a smile, this flexible role is ideal as a side hustle or the start of a longer career in events.

Qualifications

• Background: Less than a high school education, or one month of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of both.
• Appearance: Must maintain a neat, clean appearance and be in full uniform at all times.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, write basic correspondence, and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to their seats or entrances.
• Ensure smooth, safe, and welcoming arrival for every guest at events.
• Handle transactions and interact with guests using US currency.

Education & Experience

Core Skills

• Language: Ability to read and understand simple instructions, write basic correspondence, and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Mathematical: Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and handle transactions using American currency.

Availability & Physical Demands

• Schedule: Flexibility to work special shifts based on location needs, which may include the 3rd shift and weekends.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to successfully meet the standard physical demands of the role (reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities).
