Job summary

Legends Global, operating Mohegan Arena @ Casey Plaza, is seeking Parking Attendants/Ticket Sellers to manage parking for arena events. You will sell tickets, direct traffic, and monitor safety and flow in busy event environments.

This part-time, hourly role requires teamwork, strong guest communication, and the ability to work in all weather. Flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays are typical for event-driven schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with a team.
• Ability to implement parking procedures for pre- and post- events in all kinds of weather.
• Friendly communication with guests verbally and via hand signals while directing vehicles.
• Ability to assess situations and respond expeditiously.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform parking operations in all weather.
• May require heavy lifting and adherence to dress code and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Sells parking tickets for all ticketed parking events.
• Directs all incoming traffic to designated parking spots (handicapped, general admission, VIP, staff, etc.).
• Secures the assigned parking areas before, during, and after each event.
• Checks parking sectors for litter or hazards and reports/removes safely.
• Guides guests to Arena pathways and entrances; monitors traffic and pedestrian flow.
• Reports incidents affecting Parking Department operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
