Job summary

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) seeks a part-time Event Operations Crew Member to support setup, breakdown, and daily readiness across concerts, races, and private events. The role involves moving equipment, maintaining spaces, and assisting with track rentals and operations on a fast-paced venue.

Candidates must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical activity and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event and venue setup, breakdown, and resets per event plans and supervisor directions.
• Move, stage, transport, and store event equipment and assets.
• Support daily cleanliness, organization, and readiness of assigned areas.
• Load/unload and inventory department equipment.
• Assist with operations during track rentals, hospitality and private events, concerts, and race weekends.
• Inspect equipment and report safety or damage issues.
• Operate COTA vehicles and equipment when trained and authorized.
• Follow safety policies and communicate status and needs to supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
